Plan-Organize-Recreate: Live the Life of Your Dreams!

Do you imagine living a life of your dreams where you are at complete satisfaction with life? I feel satisfaction with life is more of a journey that we go through where we realize that we are what we are irrespective of the ‘PAST’, we go through life with the maximum of our consciousness and attention in ‘PRESENT’ and we know which direction to put ourselves in ‘FUTURE’. Most of us imagine ourselves feeling this satisfaction, happiness, and bliss towards life in the future self. Then what stops us exactly to get to that phase of satisfaction/bliss/happiness if we know that this is what we need? The point is we need an action plan for controlling these efficiently. Well, here it is! Do you recollect any positive experience in past every time you do something in life? Does it nudge you all the time? The answer is a big ‘No’. The reason being we tend to make peace with our past positive experiences. But the negative experiences do nudge many of us often. These negative experi

Plan-Organize-Recreate: How to think Right for Successful Life

Do you enjoy being with yourselves, ‘Just you’? If you are made to sit in a room alone for 15-minutes and provided with a button to shock yourself, will you shock yourself up or think for 15-minutes? Stay up with your answer! When Timothy Wilson, a Social Psychologist at University of Virginia, U.S. performed a social experiment to check the ‘Thinking period’ of people. Wilson and his team left the participants alone in the lab room in which they could push a button and shock themselves up if they wished to. Even if the participants agreed to pay money to avoid being shocked with electricity before, 67% of men and 25% of women chose to shock themselves up rather than sit quietly and think. This means that 67% of men and 25% of women couldn’t stand their own thought for 15 minutes. This is so sad that people feel bored and uncomfortable with their own thoughts! On the Contrary, some people are over-thinkers to an extent that they dislike themselves for overthinking ov

Plan-Organize-Recreate: In the Realm of Checklists!

Do you pre-define your tasks for the day? If not, then do you get haunted by thinking about where exactly you are heading in Life? Do you get insecure by thinking about what you are doing with your life? Does the future that you imagined yourself in seems impossible for you sometimes? Do you mess up important stuff in your Life? Do you feel lost after spending 4-5 hours on phone? If the answer is ‘YES’ to any one of the question then the solution is “Make your Check-list”. Let me elaborate for you! When World Health Organization reached Atul Gawande, a Harvard Surgeon, for a project to reduce deaths in surgery. Then, Atul and his team studied some high-risk industries like Sky-scrapper construction and the Aviation Industry. Soon they discovered that these industries have Technology, Training and one other most important thing called ‘Checklists’. Subsequently, Atul and his team with the help of some surgeons systematized and standardized the surgery process. That is, The

Plan-Organize-Recreate: How to get the Right Approach?

Don’t you feel approach is the single most important thing in  life!? I mean, in the movie ‘Made In China’, Raghu gets successful  (after say 1000 attempts) only when Tanmay Shah changes  his approach towards business. In real life, Abraham Lincoln  was considered as a failure until his late 40’s. He proved it  wrong in his early 50’s by becoming the president of United  States. Not just the President but one of the most celebrated  President of United States. This was only because his  approach towards life never changed irrespective of what  people thought about him. The way in which we approach things controls our  successes  and failures. Approach decides whether  something is right or wrong. Approach decides whether the  number you see is a 6 or a 9. Approach defines yours  smartness level. Approach defines your intelligence level.  The world runs around the word ‘Approach’.  Now that we know, ‘Approach is Important in Life’, we have  covered our first quest

Plan-Organize-Recreate: What is the Ultimate Mantra of Life?

In some or the other way, Bollywood has always taught us how to better organize. One such movie is ‘Go Goa Gone’. It is one of my favorite movies because it shows one of the best thinking patterns we all must follow. For anyone who doesn’t know- Luv, Hardik and Bunny are three best friends who are frustrated by their office lives. So, they go to Goa for a Break. In Goa, they end up partying late night in an isolated island. When they wake up in the morning, they discover that the island is full of Zombies. That’s when they come up with the best thinking pattern when ‘In Problem’. Let’s say, they ask themselves the three magical question: 1) What do I know? 2) What can I do? 3) What have I learnt? These are real simple questions but they bring a lot of clarity to us, if we answer them seriously. This same question format will be the way I’ll write my blogs in future. Sounds cool? The first question implies what kind of knowledge we have about a particular problem
