Plan-Organize-Recreate: How to get the Right Approach?

Don’t you feel approach is the single most important thing in

life!?

I mean, in the movie ‘Made In China’, Raghu gets successful
(after say 1000 attempts) only when Tanmay Shah changes his approach towards business. In real life, Abraham Lincoln was considered as a failure until his late 40’s. He proved it wrong in his early 50’s by becoming the president of United States. Not just the President but one of the most celebrated President of United States. This was only because his approach towards life never changed irrespective of what people thought about him.
The way in which we approach things controls our
successes and failures. Approach decides whether
something is right or wrong. Approach decides whether the
number you see is a 6 or a 9. Approach defines yours
smartness level. Approach defines your intelligence level.
The world runs around the word ‘Approach’.

Now that we know, ‘Approach is Important in Life’, we have
covered our first question ‘What do I know?’

If approach is so important, then what is the right approach towards life?
How do we acquire the right approach towards life?
Let’s proceed to our second question: ‘What can I do?’
One of the best solutions towards getting a better approach
is a ‘Gratitude Journal’.
Have you heard about the gratitude journal? While many of
you would have, many aren’t completely aware of it!
Now, Why gratitude journal?
Gratitude is consistently associated with more happiness.
Gratitude helps you feel more positive emotions, appreciate
good experiences, improve their physical and mental health,
and build healthy relationships.

Many research conducted by different scientists have
consistently proved, ‘Gratitude’ as the greatest and parent of
all virtues.
I recommend writing a gratitude journal in the morning just after you wake up. The reason being, the time when you wake up, brain’s neural activity is at its peak. When you imbibe the emotion like gratitude when your brain is at its peak, you generally carry that positive emotion throughout the day. You take optimistic decisions implying positive results in your life. I personally fill my Gratitude Journal every day in the morning as soon as I wake up. In my diary, I write the date, I write a paragraph or so, not much, on people who moved my life, past amazing experiences that touched my life. Sometimes, I just write about how grateful I am to the Sun, the Water and the Trees. Generally, it’s anything I am thankful about and grateful towards to touch my life. Sometimes, when I write something with gratitude towards a person, I make an effort to send it to them. They totally love it. This really has improved my bonding with people and I have built some real strong connections after that.
Talking about the Third question: ‘What have I learnt?’

You have learnt how gratitude journaling can give you the right and positive approach towards life. This in change will give you better results that you want in your Life.

Do you think how positive approach is the right approach towards life?
Recollect one of the amazing experience of your life where
you tasted the success. Did it happen because you were
negative throughout the process or because you kept your
positive spirit high?
So, this was for today. We will meet again on next Monday,

with other aspects of Journaling. Until then, do share this

blog. Do let me know your reviews in the comment section,

I’ll be very happy to read them.
Have a Happy Reading!

Plan-Organize-Recreate: How to think Right for Successful Life

Do you enjoy being with yourselves, ‘Just you’? If you are made to sit in a room alone for 15-minutes and provided with a button to shock yourself, will you shock yourself up or think for 15-minutes? Stay up with your answer! When Timothy Wilson, a Social Psychologist at University of Virginia, U.S. performed a social experiment to check the ‘Thinking period’ of people. Wilson and his team left the participants alone in the lab room in which they could push a button and shock themselves up if they wished to. Even if the participants agreed to pay money to avoid being shocked with electricity before, 67% of men and 25% of women chose to shock themselves up rather than sit quietly and think. This means that 67% of men and 25% of women couldn’t stand their own thought for 15 minutes. This is so sad that people feel bored and uncomfortable with their own thoughts! On the Contrary, some people are over-thinkers to an extent that they dislike themselves for overthinking ov

Plan-Organize-Recreate: In the Realm of Checklists!

Do you pre-define your tasks for the day? If not, then do you get haunted by thinking about where exactly you are heading in Life? Do you get insecure by thinking about what you are doing with your life? Does the future that you imagined yourself in seems impossible for you sometimes? Do you mess up important stuff in your Life? Do you feel lost after spending 4-5 hours on phone? If the answer is ‘YES’ to any one of the question then the solution is “Make your Check-list”. Let me elaborate for you! When World Health Organization reached Atul Gawande, a Harvard Surgeon, for a project to reduce deaths in surgery. Then, Atul and his team studied some high-risk industries like Sky-scrapper construction and the Aviation Industry. Soon they discovered that these industries have Technology, Training and one other most important thing called ‘Checklists’. Subsequently, Atul and his team with the help of some surgeons systematized and standardized the surgery process. That is, The

Plan-Organize-Recreate: If you find it difficult to stay with a good habit for long? You must read this!

Consider this situation: You read or watch something about staying fit then you decide that you’ll go for a run first in the morning. Why does it happen that some don’t even wake up for it, some wake up think about going but somehow the bed doesn’t leave them, some wake up and go for a run for a day but never continue that, some just go for a week and quit, some quit it after 15 days. Not many but a few people who continue this habit long enough to make it their daily lifestyle. They are the fitter ones. Also, those ‘not many but few’ who make such small but effective habits their ‘daily lifestyle’ are undoubtedly extraordinary. These people move forward from mediocrity and set examples for the society. However cheesy but inspiring this line sounds, majority don’t make up to it. Is it really that hard to bring change ourselves for good? Is it that difficult to create a wonderful lifestyle for ourselves? The thing is, wanting for a change is good. But, How do we make it to the destinati
