Plan-Organize-Recreate: Non-veg lover? Must read this!

Have you ever wondered why people on this planet have stress, worries, tensions, anxiety, and depression?
Well, there might be many valid reasons for all of these to happen to any person. But, lets talk in terms of food!
And how food drives our behavioral traits, our mood swings, our insecurities, our fears, our anger, our depression!
Food affects our behavior immensely. We are what we eat! Well talk about this in detail in the next segment!
But for now,
Don't you think that if we are what we eat, then how important it is to eat food consciously?
The ancient Indian culture considers the body as a temple. So, isnt it important to put the right food in the body and preach that temple in the right way?
But why is it so that in the past decade there are raising number of non-vegetarians when eating non-veg is a debatable question?              I surely agree that this is still a debatable and controversial question for many!
But wait! Lets put it all together because we need to eat conciously for our own benefit!
Lets get straight to the point!
These are the various point of views I encountered till now!
You might want to have a look!
Scientific point of view: The ultimate motive of any living organisms is to survive death. Hence, when a living being is about to face threat or death, its body is at peak to survive. Thats when living organisms secretes highest level of acid in the body due to the fear of death. Hence, when we eat non-vegetarian food its highly acidic. On other side, our human body is alkaline. Imagine the effort the body has to go through to digest that non-veg food!
You really want to put the place you preach in that position?
The energy-wise perception of this situation: When we eat food, we not only consume it but also consume the vibration, energy and DNA that come along with it. This is the same reason why you might feel lighter and fresh by fruit juice/just fruits than eating some complex food like a pizza. So, when we the slaughter the animals and then intend to eat them, we consume their vibrations during their death, we consume that energy level of fear they had while they faced death, we consume their DNA, by DNA, I mean their memory of their life (including death), we consume all their life situations.
Are those exactly the kind of energy, vibrations or DNA you would put into the place you preach?
Logical point of view of the situation: The human jaw is compared to the carnivores and the herbivores, interestingly, human jaw is designed in the way just like herbivores. This means that the nature have given us birth as herbivores and we are supposed to eat like herbivores.
Who in this whole world has dared to go against nature and got successful?
Ayurvedic point of view of this situation: Well, nowhere in Ayurveda does it mention the consumption of non-vegetarian food directly! But Ayurveda does consider food as medicine. With the load of effort, anxiety, fear and tension that the non-vegetarian food carries, I personally dont think that it is a great food for consumption.
Personal point of view:
I remember there was a time in my life when I couldnt resist eating non-vegetarian food. Even if I smelled that Chicken curry, I would ask my mom to serve me even before it was completely cooked, thats right, I ate it raw many times! I used to think that never in the whole world will I get that amount of protein from anything else on the planet. Plus, I belong to a family who are hard core non-vegetarians and they promote non-veg like they are the brand ambassadors of it. But, slowly during the course of time as I discovered more and more about how to eat right, I slowly started refraining from eating it. Moreover, I think that it is a process for every person that he/she needs to go through. There is no way in the world will your body accept the non-vegetarian food once it touches spirituality to some extent. Adding up, I feel that even if somebody wants to consume it, they can consume if they are doing it with total awareness of its repercussions. Personally my journey as a vegetarian brought all positive and constructive effects in my life. I could completely transform my thinking patterns for being the better version of myself. With every passing day, I can feel myself changing for good.
Thats all for today! We will meet on next Monday with another segment on food!
Until then do like, share and comment on my blogs. Let me know your reviews on it!

Plan-Organize-Recreate: How to think Right for Successful Life

Do you enjoy being with yourselves, ‘Just you’? If you are made to sit in a room alone for 15-minutes and provided with a button to shock yourself, will you shock yourself up or think for 15-minutes? Stay up with your answer! When Timothy Wilson, a Social Psychologist at University of Virginia, U.S. performed a social experiment to check the ‘Thinking period’ of people. Wilson and his team left the participants alone in the lab room in which they could push a button and shock themselves up if they wished to. Even if the participants agreed to pay money to avoid being shocked with electricity before, 67% of men and 25% of women chose to shock themselves up rather than sit quietly and think. This means that 67% of men and 25% of women couldn’t stand their own thought for 15 minutes. This is so sad that people feel bored and uncomfortable with their own thoughts! On the Contrary, some people are over-thinkers to an extent that they dislike themselves for overthinking ov

Plan-Organize-Recreate: In the Realm of Checklists!

Do you pre-define your tasks for the day? If not, then do you get haunted by thinking about where exactly you are heading in Life? Do you get insecure by thinking about what you are doing with your life? Does the future that you imagined yourself in seems impossible for you sometimes? Do you mess up important stuff in your Life? Do you feel lost after spending 4-5 hours on phone? If the answer is ‘YES’ to any one of the question then the solution is “Make your Check-list”. Let me elaborate for you! When World Health Organization reached Atul Gawande, a Harvard Surgeon, for a project to reduce deaths in surgery. Then, Atul and his team studied some high-risk industries like Sky-scrapper construction and the Aviation Industry. Soon they discovered that these industries have Technology, Training and one other most important thing called ‘Checklists’. Subsequently, Atul and his team with the help of some surgeons systematized and standardized the surgery process. That is, The

Plan-Organize-Recreate: If you find it difficult to stay with a good habit for long? You must read this!

Consider this situation: You read or watch something about staying fit then you decide that you’ll go for a run first in the morning. Why does it happen that some don’t even wake up for it, some wake up think about going but somehow the bed doesn’t leave them, some wake up and go for a run for a day but never continue that, some just go for a week and quit, some quit it after 15 days. Not many but a few people who continue this habit long enough to make it their daily lifestyle. They are the fitter ones. Also, those ‘not many but few’ who make such small but effective habits their ‘daily lifestyle’ are undoubtedly extraordinary. These people move forward from mediocrity and set examples for the society. However cheesy but inspiring this line sounds, majority don’t make up to it. Is it really that hard to bring change ourselves for good? Is it that difficult to create a wonderful lifestyle for ourselves? The thing is, wanting for a change is good. But, How do we make it to the destinati
